The Jeep Liberty RHD process. We virtually dis-assemble the Jeep from the front seats forward. We then re-assemble the Jeep, using all original equipment right-hand-drive Jeep parts. I’m making it sound a lot easier than it is. After completion, our service manager and lead technician put “your” Jeep under a downpour for an hour, water testing it, and then drive it between 120 and 200 miles road testing it. Every option and mechanism is tested a number of times to insure you receive a quality trouble free product at delivery. We know you buy these for one reason and that’s to use it every day on the route. It’s our mission to deliver to you a Jeep that won’t let you down.
Make no mistake, our Jeeps are 100% pure Jeep. We will NOT use any after market non-Jeep parts on our modification, other than two 2″X 6″ ABS color keyed plastic bezels, one 3″X 6″ inch piece of plastic and a one piece of sheet metal (much thicker than the OEM firewall I might mention) to cover the LHD steering mechanism mount location.
Our 2008 Jeep Liberty’s come with the original 3 year / 36,000 mile Factory Warranty. However our Right Hand Drive do not come with the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty left hand drive vehicles do. “What if I have a problem?” you ask. Here at Postal Pete, every part we install is pure Jeep, bought from Jeep and guaranteed from Jeep. If you encounter a problem, you need only go to your local Jeep dealer for the repair. In the unlikely event we cause a mechanical failure, due to our conversion, we will gladly take care of it. We have gone as far as taking a Demo RHD Jeep to our customer and picking theirs up to repair one of our mistakes (everybody makes at least one mistake). If your local dealer gives you any static about repairing your Jeep, call us, we’re behind you all the way.
